Baby Hats - Beanies

Of course every little baby has to have an adorable beanie hat 💓

My favourite yarn for newborn photo prop beanies is soft and fluffy alpaca yarn. It creates a lovely 'halo' effect. The yarn is very soft and feels delicious against a newborn babys skin.

My photography prop baby beanies come with bear ears, bunny ears, as a little red fox, or even a sweet elephant ears hat. Then there is the baby lion hat with his fuzzy mane, and even a giraffe hat.

Hats for baby winter wear are just as adorable, but a little more practical, as they are handknit in a quality acrylic yarn, so that busy mums can just pop them in the washing machine.

Hats that I have in the shop are my best selling favourites. There are warm wooly beanies with double pom pom 'ears'. These come in lots of colours, but feel free to request something special too.

I have crochet lamb ears hats, with coloured inner ears, little bows (which are optional).

The lamb hat has earflaps for keeping little ears warm when its chilly, and plaits, just for fun!

Of course there are the most adorable bunny ears hats ever! The bunny ears are kept a wee bit short, so that they stand up on your babys head. These hats come in white, with blue, pink yellow or white inner ears. The bow is optional. 

A favourite hat for baby showers is this one with your babys name embroidered on it. You could use this as a baby gender reveal hat too -- it could have your babys name or simply say something like ' Baby Girl'.  Then use the beanie for babys first photo shoot. The stripes come in lots of colour choices, but you are welcome to have the hat made in a solid colour or another colour.

At the beginning of winter, I always have loads of new style warm beanies, usually with lovely fluffy faux fur pom pom bobbles. This years favourites are the popcorn bobble hats, but they can be made plain, or with cables, lacy patterns and so on.

And of course I have seasonal hats like pumpkins for Autumn and Halloween, and Christmas hats with a Santa theme, and lots of different bunny ears.
